Telecommunication network in Jakarta and environs, after disrupted by floods and heavy rains, almost recovered yesterday. Telephone lines, mainly for PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) and PT Indonesian Satellite Corporation Tbk (Indosat)subscribers, has been used almost normally.
